Aubrey Plaza

Aubrey Plaza is an actress and comedian born June 26, 1984. April Ludgate is her role in Parks and Recreation. After doing improv and sketch comedy on the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza launched her own web series by presenting The Jeannie Tate Show. Then, later in her career she starred in Judd Apatow Funny People as well as Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World. It is fitting to celebrate her birth this day. Aubrey Christina Plaza is the daughter of Bernadette Plaza who is the firm of an attorney as well as David Plaza, a financial specialist. She was born in Wilmington Delaware. She is the daughter of Irish, English and Irish and her father was Puerto Rican. Plaza graduated from a Catholic all-girls high school in 2002. She then attended the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in 2006. When she was a senior in high school, Plaza was the president of Wilmington Drama League and her student government at her school. In 2004, while at the end of her second year in college, Plaza had a stroke that caused her to suffer from expressive aphasia and a period of paralysis. Her recovery is complete. Plaza began performing improv, sketch comedy and a myriad of other forms at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater New York City in 2004. Also, she's presented stand-up comedy shows at the Laugh Factory and The Improv in N.Y.C. Plaza was seen as Robin Gibney in E.S.P.N.'s Mayne Street, The Jeannie Tate Show and the first episode Terrible Decisions starring Ben Schwartz. In CollegeHumor Troopers she played a satirical science-fiction character called the Princess. Plaza began playing saxophones on Cassorla's Bona Fide (2014). In 2012 she performed her saxophone debut in Father John Misty's Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings. On HarmonQuest in the year 2016, Plaza played Hawaiian Coffee the gnome. She also portrayed Aaron Burr in Drunk History and Cat Adams for Season 11 of the C.B.S. Criminal Minds is a television serial. It was her first time returning to the role in Season 12 of the show. After announcing her appearance, Plaza appeared in An Evening with Beverly Luff Linn.
